The large kitchen is complete with every utensil for the self catering holiday. Fan oven, hob, microwave, coffee makers, juicer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

This is a large open plan living/dining area. Dining table and 6 chairs,music centre. Tastefully decorated and includes 2 no. 3 seater sofas, coffee table, TV with free sky connection (supply own box/card). DVD player.Other:
A wc & w/h/b inside front door is very useful for creaming up. On the terrace close by pool there is a h/c shower. The terrace off the main b/room upstairs is ideal for private lounging or sipping a cool beer while watching golfers on 10th, 11th & 16th.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
All towels and bedlinen are provided. Maid service, cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is carried out weekly.
A fee will apply if extra changes/laundry required. We request you supply your own beach towels. Remember the on-site laundry in courtyard.

The villa has dual air-con central heating system. Insect screens to every opening, used properly should help eliminate any insect intrusions. Underfloor heating in all en-suites.
The on-site laundry facilities makes sure you never run out of clean fresh clothing, and towels and linen where necessary. Yes we do prefer non smoking visitors to our property, however we do provide ash trays for the smoker who acts considerately and smokes outside.

Accessibility
There are four steps to the front door. However once inside the Villa there are no level changes other than the stairway to main bedroom and the slight discomfort of ground slides for french doors.
The pool terrace is on the same plane throughout.
Outside
Our 8 x 4 metre swimming pool has a shallow and deep end. Where children are concerned it is imperative there is strict supervision, leading to a safe and enjoyable holiday.
There is a wooden dining table with 6 chairs, a parasol which can alternate between table and its own portable base.
To enjoy the sun to its maximum on our south facing pool terrace we provide 4 sun loungers. The charcoal BBQ is strategically positioned to observe the beautiful and unique Algarvean sunset.
For pool games and fun we provide a selection of inflatables and for the beach there are some buckets and spades for the kids. All of these are in the courtyard lockup.
